While being processed, Blodgett "lost control," according to the officer, and "was yelling hysterically. Blodgett will be arraigned on Nov. Joshua M. Roy, 23, of Boscawen, was arrested at a. The registered owner also came up with a driver's license and vehicle registration suspension, due to nonpayment of a fine, according to a spot check.

The vehicle was stopped outside the Manor Fire Station in Penacook. The driver, Roy, said he thought his girlfriend had paid a ticket she received that created the check. The officer checked Roy's license, which was suspended on March 17, for uninsured accident. His registration was also suspended on March 2, and Roy was arrested. During a pat down, the officer allegedly found a glass pipe in his shorts pocket, which had marijuana inside it.
