This recipe is not in mine. I gave this 5 stars back in , noting that I thought it was a great batter for chile rellenos. I will have to revisit this recipe. This is a fairly simple soup of pureed garlic, mint, parsley mixed into the liquid of cooked garbanzos. I suspect that there is a error in the instructions as it was more of a side dish of beans and pesto.
